Nicole M. Cvercko
Nicole M. Cvercko is senior counsel at The Chirinos Law Firm, PLLC. Nicolefocuses her practice primarily on complex employment and employee benefitslitigation. Nicole also conducts workplace investigation for companies of all sizes.
Prior to joining the team at The Chirinos Law Firm, PLLC, Nicole worked incommercial litigation at a boutique firm in Manhattan as well as for theCanadian Federal government. She was an Adjudicator for the Immigration andRefugee Board of Canada for several years before she transitioned to NewYork. She is published on various topics, including sexual and gender-basedviolence war crimes, and conflict of laws.
During law school, Nicole acted as a research assistant to several professors. She also interned with the United Nations High Commissioner forRefugees in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, as well as Canada’s Department ofForeign Affairs in Canada’s capital, focusing on the administration ofeconomic sanctions. Nicole lives in Brooklyn, New York, with her husband.
